I WANT TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO THE UPCOMING MANCHESTER OUTBREAK SHOW?
You need to have pre-ordered* Count Your Blessings - Repented through the Official Music Store before 14:59pm GMT on Tuesday, 14th April 2026.
Or
You need to register for access via the form hosted on the Official Music Store before 14:59pm GMT on Tuesday, 14th April 2026.
The presale will begin at 10am on Wednesday the 15th April 2026.
This pre sale is open to UK customers only.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PRESALE ACCESS CODE?
If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email on Tuesday, 14th April 2026, containing your presale link, and details of the show.
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.
HOW DOES THE LINK WORK?
Each link is only valid for the upcoming Manchester Ourbreak show linked on the email.
Please keep the email containing your presale link, ready for the presale.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?
Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.
I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?
Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email. Codes will be sent out from 15:59pmTuesday, 14th April 2026. You may receive this code up to 12 hours after this time.
If you have not received this code, please contact the customer support team by following this link: https://help.on-repeat.co.uk/support/tickets
The code, along with all the details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.
I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Presales don’t guarantee you to tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. If you are trying to find tickets and the result are "currently not available", that means the presale allocation has sold out.
I’VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY CODE?
In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to pre-order* directly from the Official Music Store.
